Representation at appointments / communicating lawyers
It would be our pleasure to represent you at appointments at the local and county courts in Frankfurt, Hanau, Wiesbaden and Mainz as well at the Higher Regional Court in Frankfurt am Main after timely consultation.
We assume that we will be commissioned to keep one or more appointments as appointment representative and that the actual mandate including the monitoring of deadlines and drawing up letters remains in your hands (to differentiate between appointment representative/communicating lawyer compare ZAP 2001, Fach 24, S. 613ff).
We will provide you with a detailed report about the appointment within 24 hours as well as an additional brief report by phone right after the appointment, if desired.
As a rule, we agree upon half of all fees arising.
If you would like to commission us, please briefly clarify the issue and the appointment in advance. We then ask you to send us all the correspondence and a power of attorney issued to us.
Please note that a mandate does not result from only sending the process documents, but has to be confirmed by us in each individual case.
