You are just about to make a decision about investing money? A potential seller has been recommended to you and you don’t know him? The returns sound tempting, but for some reason, you have a “strange gut feeling”? Or: everything sounds fine and you have no strange gut feeling, but you would still prefer to get a neutral opinion?
Then the investment check we offer is just the right thing!

What does it help?

Offer documents are reviewed in legal terms
Questionable provisions or risk exemptions are pointed out
The legal form of your future contractual party is depicted

How does it work?

You send us the offer documents together with a brief description of the information the broker/agent gave you orally. We will review this within three working days after receipt.
We will inform you of the results of the review in the scope of an initial consultation either in writing or by phone.

How much does it cost?

In the scope of an initial consultation by a lawyer, you pay € 180.00 plus a lump sum for expenses and VAT.

What does an initial consultation not include?

Reviewing the investment in economic terms (returns, interest, bonuses, fees, discounts, etc.)
Reviewing the investment in tax and tax law terms (we can recommend a tax adviser from our network for this)
Further enquiries that involve more time and effort in reviewing. In this case, a mandate would be justified, which would be calculated on the basis of our usual conditions.

The investment check is a product of ALEGOS Rechtsanwälte, Walter – Kolb – Str. 1- 7, 60594 Frankfurt am Main, Germany.
Sending the documents does not give reason for a mandate; this requires an express acceptance by our office. Our office has the right to request an advance payment.
