Commercial law - our experience solves your company problems
You are an entrepreneur or managing director of a company?
You would prefer to get legal advice from a company lawyer who knows
how things work in a commercial company due to his long-standing,
first-hand experience?
Then you should turn to our lawyer Roland Kirsten. His primary occupation is as an in-house lawyer in a listed company and would be glad to advise you extensively together with our team of dedicated legal colleagues on commercial law issues. You can learn more about Mr Roland Kirsten here.
We advise you on all issues concerning corporate law, even when establishing
your own company or taking over an existing one. This applies to all
issues including drawing up a company agreement taking the suitable
legal form into account as well as registering the company.
Company law includes, for example, legal advice when establishing
companies (choosing the right legal form), the drawing up of customized
company agreements (initial capital, corporate purpose, non-competition
clause, etc.) and the drawing up of customized managing director contracts.
Especially for medium-sized companies, we provide the possibility
to draw on us as an "external legal department" on the basis of a
permanent advisory relationship. This ensures extensive legal advice,
yet reducing costs at the same time.
Furthermore, the term company law means to us that we give existing
companies and family-run firms advice on day-to-day business. We take
over, for example, the drafting of company documents, the concept
of and amendments to articles of association, company rules and regulations,
articles of the supervisory board, the further development of participation
contracts and amending them according to new laws and legislation.
This also includes advice when concluding and further developing participation
contracts.
In addition, we give managing directors and executives legal advice
when concluding, extending or cancelling their contracts in a tactically
clever and an economically effective way.
