Getting divorced without a divorce battle?

We recommend calling on legal help from a lawyer when separating during marriage as early as possible and have the process of divorce proceedings explained. The aim is to prepare for the divorce with no painful hurting each other or time pressure within a fair climate for negotiations. You can prevent year-long processes through all instances and thus a significant risk of costs.

Above all, all of those involved succeed in moving on from a concluded chapter of their lives and regain their quality of life or joy of life as soon as possible by looking towards the future.

An essential condition for a divorce is that the couple must be separated from each other for at least one year.

Being separated means there must no longer be any domestic or marital cohabilitation and at least one spouse must not wish to recover the domestic cohabilitation.

We strive to conclude an extensive separation and divorce agreement at a very early stage. In it, the consequences of separating for both parties are agreed upon and are binding. In doing so, we avoid arguments about mutual children escalating or using these as pawn. Such an agreement is also necessary, in order to divide mutual assets fairly - and even mutual liabilities - in order to find a solution acceptable for both parties.
