Employer’s reference check

We review and draw up your employer‘s reference at a package price. We offer this service to both employers and employees.

Reviewing an employer’s reference that has already been issued

What is reviewed?
We review the sufficiency, the use of proper/improper wording, the use of hidden “codes”, the (entire) appraisal of the reference with grades, advice on legal possibilities if you do not agree to the employer’s reference.

How does that work?
Please fill in the Client Form (PDF) and send it to us together with a copy of your employer’s reference and a job description or task description. You can send these by post, fax or email.

How long does it take?
We draw up a brief assessment within three days (mon. to Fri.). In urgent cases, within 24 hours on working days.

What does it cost?
Reference check classic: € 119.00 incl. VAT when sent by email
Reference check speedy: € 159.00 incl. VAT when sent by email

Drawing up a qualified reference

We draw up a qualified employer’s reference for you according to your needs and specifications. Although the employer is basically obliged to draw up an employer’s reference, we do office this service in individual cases for the employee, too

Drawing up an employer’s reference costs a total of € 595.00 (equals € 500.00 plus VAT) and presupposes that we have been supplied with a detailed job description. Please contact us for further details.

This price does not apply to managing directors or other executives. In such a case, we agree on other fees that are usually aligned to executive salary.
