Lawyer Roland Kirsten
Associate of the partnership

Roland Kirsten is a dedicated company jurist and focuses on giving companies and entrepreneurs legal advice concerning commercial law. He gives medium-sized companies legal advice, their managing directors and executives as well as private persons on all legal issues including succession planning in lifetime.

Background

After his "Abitur", Mr Kirsten first completed training as a qualified bank clerk. Studying and legal clerkship followed in Göttingen, Osnabrück and Paris. Mr Kirsten was employed in the legal department of the leading German media and publishing house and was especially responsible for solving company law and antitrust law issues. After that, he was the head of the legal department of the largest health German group in Bad Homburg for more than seven years. He has been the director for legal and company issues for a leading European trade group since 2006. He represents the partnership in Hanau and takes care of selected mandates.

Memberships

Mr Kirsten is member of the Studienvereinigung Kartellrecht e.V., and was the managing director of the research centre for pharmacy law at the University in Marburg until spring 2007.
