We will train you!

Ever since our lawyer’s office was established, we have been successfully training trainee lawyers and lawyer’s assistants. In this connection, we make the following requirements:

Trainee lawyers

    You
  • Are at the beginning of your legal clerkship?
  • Have shown during your studies that you master the "tools of the trade"?
  • Work independently and on time?!
  • Are interested in issues concerning economic law or can at least imagine developing such interest?
    We
  • Give you the chance to complete your so-called trainee stage or elective stage at our office.
  • Know that you are articled and are therefore allowed to make mistakes now and again.
  • Try to confront with issues that are relevant to your training but do know that that will not always be possible.

In the office, you will be active in the fields of law described here. You will clarify complicated legal issues that you may have to delve into in the treasuries of the seminar library. In doing so, you will be able to take practical aspects into consideration and find appropriate solutions. You will draw up ready-to-use drafts for writs and assist us in the course of our day-to-day business. Besides that, you will also prepare publications as a scientific officer where necessary. Practical training

Basically, we offer pupils traineeships. Yet we find it important that you let us know what you expect from a traineeship and what it should be like.
